Meichen Steel Structures Co., Ltd is a professional manufacturer specializing in steel structure fabrication for petrochemical, refining, and energy projects. We focus on providing customized steel structure processing services to industrial clients, including welded H-beams, box columns, trusses, equipment platforms, and various complex steel structures.

Our company does not offer standardized products. All steel structures are custom-manufactured according to drawings and technical requirements provided by clients.

Our services include but are not limited to:

• Steel structure detailing and manufacturing
• Raw material procurement and processing
• Cutting, laser processing, welding, and assembly
• Surface treatment (shot blasting, coating, etc.)

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our company does not provide design services or on-site installation services for overseas projects.

Clients shall provide complete and accurate design drawings and technical documentation, including but not limited to structural drawings, material specifications, and technical standards.

Our company shall not be held responsible for any issues arising from errors, omissions, or incompleteness in the drawings or technical documentation provided by the client.

All quotations are calculated based on information provided by the client, including drawings, material specifications, quantities, and process requirements.

If there are changes to the project scope, drawings, or technical requirements, our company reserves the right to adjust pricing accordingly.

Production timelines are determined based on project scale, complexity, and production scheduling, with estimated delivery dates provided after order confirmation.

The following factors may affect delivery time:

• Drawing changes or technical adjustments
• Raw material supply conditions
• Force majeure events

All products are manufactured according to agreed standards, including but not limited to:

Specific execution standards shall be subject to the contract signed by both parties.

Products will undergo internal quality inspection before shipment.

Clients may arrange third-party inspection agencies as needed. Such requirements must be clearly specified in the contract.

Unless otherwise agreed, product acceptance shall be based on factory inspection results.

Specific payment methods shall be subject to the contract signed by both parties, typically including:

• Advance payment
• Final payment before shipment

Any differences arising from transportation costs or exchange rate fluctuations shall be adjusted in the final payment.

Under no circumstances shall our company be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of products.

Our company's maximum liability shall be limited to the contract value of the products supplied.

Drawings, technical documentation, and related materials provided by the client remain the property of the client.

Our company undertakes not to disclose such materials to third parties or use them for other projects without the client's permission.

Our company shall not be held liable for breach of contract due to force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, war, policy changes, supply chain disruptions, etc.) that result in delays or inability to fulfill contractual obligations.
