For the 280,000 tons/year Heavy Oil Catalytic Cracking Unit EPC at our Jingmen branch, we provided custom-designed, high-strength steel structures to support critical equipment like reactors, piping racks, and platforms. Our team utilized advanced Tekla Structures software to ensure precision in fabrication, ensuring all components met stringent load-bearing and dimensional requirements. We selected corrosion-resistant materials to guarantee durability in the harsh refinery environment. Despite the complex design and tight timelines, we successfully delivered all steel structures on schedule, contributing to the seamless integration of the FCCU system and supporting the refinery’s ability to process heavy oil into valuable refined products.
